Yes, you can exchange the wig you’ve purchased for any other one or cancel the purchase altogether without explaining the reason.

For that purpose, the two main conditions must be fulfilled:
- The product being returned has retained its original appearance and condition;
- The time allotted for returning the product has not been exceeded.

Until the moment when you take the final decision on whether to return the product or to start using it, you can put it on for trying-on purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to brush, set, or curl the hair of the product, as well as to wash it or apply any agents during this period of time.

The total time, from placement of the order on the website until the package with your order arrives to you, is calculated by taking the time of receiving the item from the manufacturer and adding the time of delivery from our warehouse to your address. The majority of orders are shipped within 5-9 business days after the order has been placed.  

The orders where all items are in-stock items will be handed over to the shipping carrier on the next business day after the order payment confirmation has been received by us. 

If you have ordered multiple items of different brands and/or with different ship readiness dates, you may choose to receive either separate shipments or the full order after the last of the items has arrived. In case you decide to receive your items in separate packages, please remember that you will bear additional shipping costs.

What should you begin with?

- If you have never purchased wigs from our website before but you want to place a customized order already now, choose the model that attracts you the most as a prototype and let us know its SKU and name.

The special conditions for placing a customized order are as follows:

- The approximate production time is 3-4 months.

- The cost of the product may be 50 to 100% higher than its regular price.

- The order will be accepted for execution after a prepayment of 50% is made.

- A special order cannot be returned or exchanged.

This is a thin and semitransparent synthetic material made of monofilament yarn. It is used for making the base of a wig or hair piece to imitate the scalp and the natural hair growth.

Due to its properties and appearance, monofilament creates a surprisingly realistic appearance, and also allows for setting the wig hair in any direction.

Depending on the wig model, this material may be used in the form of small insertions in important areas such as the parting area or the top area, as well as the entire top part of the wig cap base. The larger the Monofilament insertion is, the more expensive the product will be.

As monofilament is not elastic, it has to be handled with care. Do not stretch it, or fold in such a way as to form crease marks, rub during washing, puncture, or expose to heat.

One of the most important details about the external perception of a wig is the appearance of its front-facing brim, the part fitting to the scalp in the forehead area.

Most regular wigs have quite a noticeable fabric brim, which doesn’t allow for parting the hair properly in an open fashion or lifting the fringe, as this would immediately reveal your use of a wig.

Follow these rules if altering the hair color has become unavoidable for you:

- Use semi-permanent dyestuffs;

- Do a strand test with a small strand of wig hair;

- Do not dye the entire product, do it gradually, one strand after another;

- Only dye the hair darker, and no more than two shades darker than before.

We do not recommend that you sleep, swim, or take a shower with your wig on. It would lead to excess impact on the hair, cause the product to lose its shape and to form unmanageable entangled strands. In addition to that, sea water or rain water can damage the hair irreparably.

The care products intended for live hair are developed in view of the fact that hair receives natural nourishment from the body. The hair of a wig or any other item can be nourished only with the aid of an external action. This is why the formula intended for it differs greatly from traditional products.

Of the wide variety of wigs, the most comfortable ones are short hair models made from synthetic hair with hand-made bases. The weight of such a wig can be equal to only 45 grams, which is absolutely imperceptible for the head, and consequently prevents the possibility of sweating.

If the problem still bothers you, the most efficient remedy will be absorbent hygiene liners Headline It intended for wigs and headwear. Due to the use of a specialized material they can absorb moisture perfectly well, are breathable, and keep your head dry.

The description of each wig contains its permissible size in centimeters. If the size of your head corresponds to the specified wig size, it will fit you.

Machine-made wigs (on tresses) are very elastic and highly stretchable. This feature makes it possible to wear them on heads of a larger size than specified in the description. This is also convenient if you need to tuck your long or voluminous hair under the wig.

A secure fit of the wig on your head allows you to feel confident in any everyday situation. It is like a swim cap that fits tightly to your head but also sits securely on it and feels comfortable.

if you feel that the wig may become displaced because of an abrupt movement of your head, strong wind, or being touched, use one of the ways to secure it.

First of all, adjust the wig size using the straps located on the inside of its cap base. In most cases, this is enough for the wig to sit securely.

- Pressure sensitive clips. Sew 2 to 4 clips to the base of the product and clip them onto your hair when putting the wig on.

- Double-sided adhesive tape. One side of the tape sticks to the wig base, and the other side to your scalp. If your wig has polyurethane (silicone) inserts, they are the most convenient areas for fixing the adhesive tape.

- Polyurethane. This material can be simultaneously both an independent means of wig securement, as it stick to the skin when coming in contact with it, and the base for sticking the tape to it. If your wig has no polyurethane elements you can purchase one separately and sew it to the wig on your own.

- Accessories to be worn under the wig. They include: Bamboo Caps, Wig Liners, Therapeutic Bands, Hygiene Liners. In addition to their intended purpose, these accessories also make the wig fit more tightly and sit more securely.

The problem of shine on synthetic hair does exist. It is caused both by the quality and the chemical composition of the fibers and their properties.

The situations when the shine gets worse are as follows:

- Bright lighting, sunlight, camera flashes;

- A brand new product;

- Solid color of the hair;

- Smooth and evenly styled hair.

As the product is used, the hair color will gradually grow duller, and the will solve itself. Nevertheless, there is a possibility to alleviate the effect of reflection of light from synthetic hair.

There are three ways to do it:

Change the shape of your hairstyle. Make the hair of your product wavy or curly, or just give it a slightly careless look. Light will be reflected from the hair in a different way, and the shine will not be so apparent.

Dry shampoos will eliminate the shine on synthetic hair quickly and efficiently. As a dry shampoo may leave noticeable traces, we recommend that you choose a care product intended for your hair color.

Talc or baby powder. Use a makeup brush to apply a moderate amount of powder on the hair, then shake off the excess carefully.

Wig base caps are made from different materials, some of which may have a rough surface, such as monofilament. Their contact with the skin can create unpleasant sensations. First of all, this is true about people with sensitive scalp skin.

If this problem occurs, use a Wig Cap or a Bamboo Cap to wear under the wig. The intermediate layer will help you get rid of the irritation.

If you have sensitive skin we recommend that you choose a wig among 100% hand-made syles with cap bases manufactured fully with the use of a thin and silky base material.

Something that may seem a defect at first, isn’t one in fact.

Some machine-made synthetic wigs appear to have tangled or clotted hair in the root area. In actual fact, this back-combing at the roots is a tool that helps create volume in synthetic hair and build the necessary hairdo shape. In addition to that, the back-combing makes it possible to conceal the fabric base of the wig.

All wigs are manufactured in the same way.

The main difference of men’s and children’s wigs from ladies’ ones is the cap base size and the color scheme. Women are known to prefer fashionable colors of hair, which cannot be said about men and children.

Cut a few hairs off the wig and burn them.

Synthetic hair will burn slowly, melt, and form viscous lumps. Burning is accompanied by black smoke and acrid odor of plastic.

Human hair will burn intensively and emit white smoke, turning into ashes after burning.

Kanekalon is the trademark of the Japanese corporation Kaneka registered for use as the labeling for synthetic hair produced by that company.

If your wig has the Kanekalon mark it is a confirmation that the hair has been manufactured by this very company. But it does not imply a significant difference from hair manufactured by other companies.
