Terms of Service
Our Customer Support Service is always ready to help you in choosing the right model and the ideal colour of the item, to provide additional information about a product, answer your questions concerning use of the website and assist you in tracking your package or finding it if it's lost.
When communicating with you, we adhere to the principles of mutual respect and rules of etiquette.
You can address us by any of the means presented in the "Contacts" page.
The Service is active from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you wish to place an order on our website, registration is optional.
At the same time, a registered user of the website has certain additional advantages, such as:
- Convenient order placement process;
- Simplified product return procedure;
- Access to saved data;
- Discounts and promotions.
The order can be paid within 10 days of placing it on our website but no later than the shipment of the order. Upon expiration of this period, the order will be cancelled.
Wowigs.Eu reserves the right to refuse to provide you with services and fulfill your order in the following situations:
- You have repeatedly returned all or most of the ordered goods.
- You have repeatedly returned goods in poor condition.
The total time, from placement of the order on the website until the package with your order arrives to you, is calculated by taking the time of receiving the item from the manufacturer and adding the time of delivery from our warehouse to your address. The majority of orders are shipped within 5-9 business days after the order has been placed.
The orders where all items are in-stock items will be handed over to the shipping carrier on the next business day after the order payment confirmation has been received by us.
If you have ordered multiple items of different brands and/or with different ship readiness dates, you may choose to receive either separate shipments or the full order after the last of the items has arrived. In case you decide to receive your items in separate packages, please remember that you will bear additional shipping costs.
The order delivery time depends on the shipping method you designate during checkout. Delivery timeframes indicated on our website are estimates. Detailed information about delivery time and possible delivery issues is available on the website of the shipping carrier.
The order will be sent to you after full payment has been made.

Wowigs.Eu ships to most countries. If your country is not listed, please let us know about it.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping service, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number to follow your package at each step of the shipment.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our online store pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping service.
If a package has been sent back to us because the address you provided to us was undeliverable or incorrect, or if you refuse the package at the time of the delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping that you will have to pay before we will re-send your order back to you.
Customer is responsible for all additional delivery costs including any duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged by local customs for any international deliveries. To avoid additional costs, we recommend that you check the respective information before placing an order.
The countries where no duty will be applied to your package are EU member countries.
You can make changes to your order until the end of the day when it was placed.

The products displayed on our website are subject to availability and may change from time to time. Supply issues or unexpected increases in demand may result in certain items being temporarily unavailable.
In the event that your order contains a product that is currently out of stock at the manufacturing company, we will immediately notify you of this by e-mail and let you know the ETA.
In that situation you will be able to choose among the options below and decide whether to:
- Put the ordered item on backorder. In this case the item will be shipped to your address as soon as it arrives from the manufacturer to our stock;
- Exchange for another item (identical or different) from our store;
- Cancel the order and get a refund of its cost.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange.
How to exchange a product:
1. You can initiate the exchange and send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Important: Before you come to a final decision, please don't use or alter the product, don't comb it, don't treat it with any care products, don't remove original tags and labels, keep the original package. If these criteria are not met, your request for an exchange will be rejected.
2. Fill out the product return form. Once it is submitted, we will send you an e-mail containing the postal address for returns and instructions on how to ship the package.
3. Pack the item securely in a sturdy box, send the package to the designated address and send us an e-mail with the tracking number. The shipping costs in case of return for an exchange are borne by the customer.
4. Place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange for the returned item without delay. We will start processing it right away, without waiting for the delivery of the package you have sent.
5. Once we have received your package, we will inspect your returned product to verify its original condition has remained intact and will issue a product inspection report. The inspection normally takes 1-2 business days.
In case that the results of inspection are positive and we accept your return, the new item will be sent to you using ground shipping as soon as it is available in stock. The shipping costs in this case are borne by the store.
In the event that the results of inspection are negative and your return is not accepted for an exchange, with your consent the item will be shipped back to you. If you choose this option, you will be charged the applicable shipping cost. The returned products that have arrived to us in a non-resalable condition are stored at our warehouse within 30 days of receiving it from you. At the expiry of this period, any product that remains unclaimed is subject to recycling.

- Any Headwear;
- Items purchased under the Price Matching Guarantee;
- Wholesale orders.
2. Exchange will be rejected in the event that:
- The product has been used, which means it shows signs of wear, has visible lack of cleanliness and/or foreign odours (perfume, tobacco and other);
- The product has been altered, i.e. the hair has been cut, treated, curled or altered otherwise, the base of the item or a part of it has been damaged or modified;
- The original package and/or tags and labels of the item have been damaged or removed;
- The time frame established for product exchange has not been met.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund.
How to return a product for a refund:

In the event that you find a lower price for an identical product at another online retail store Wowigs.Eu will apply a price matching guarantee.
If at the time of purchase or within 7 days after your purchase you notice that the same product is cheaper on a competitor's website, tell us about it, we will check it out and happily match the price or refund the difference to you.
Please note that we'll only match regular selling prices at other authorized online retail stores for identical products available to the general public.
Products eligible for price match must be identical in terms of brand, model, manufacturer's SKU, and, where necessary, colour and packaging.
The price matching guarantee does not apply to sale and clearance items, hidden offers, personal ads, pricing from bid and auction websites. Additional discounts cannot be combined with a price match at our store.
To request a new price, please contact us by any suitable means presented in the "Contacts" page and give us the address of the competitor's online store and the product details.
All prices displayed on the website are in Euros. For ease of overall assessment or comparison of the products while browsing the store, you can use our currency selector to change the currency in the item's price but this option is for information purposes only and calculation of the total cost of the order remains in Euro.
We endeavour to ensure that the prices on Wowigs.Eu are accurate and current. However, despite our efforts, for a variety of reasons the prices on our website may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date. Due to constant changes in markets for goods and services, currency fluctuations, or any other circumstance we reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, including after your order has been placed.
VAT is included in the price of goods.
Our website uses a promotion code system.
Only one promotion code may be used per order. If the conditions of the campaign permit, you will be able to place another order with the same promotion code.
To keep the customer informed about changes in the consumer market, recent products added to our catalogue and special offers, Wowigs.Eu operates an e-mail newsletter program and communicates with the website's subscribers.
The e-mail newsletter may contain the following types of information:
